We collect information you provide when registering: name, mobile number, date of birth, gender, caste, education, occupation, horoscope details, and photos. We also collect usage data such as pages viewed and features used to improve our service.

🎯 How We Use Your Information

Your information is used to create and display your matrimonial profile, match you with compatible profiles using our AI engine, send notifications about interests and matches, process payments, and provide customer support. We never sell your personal data to third parties.

👁 Who Can See Your Profile

Only registered and verified members can view profiles. Phone numbers and email addresses are hidden by default and revealed only after mutual interest acceptance and contact unlock payment. You control which sections of your profile are visible using visibility toggles in Edit Profile.

📸 Photos & Biodata

Profile photos are visible to logged-in members based on your plan tier (Free members see blurred photos of Silver+ profiles). You can hide your photos at any time from your dashboard settings. Biodata PDFs shared via WhatsApp are your responsibility once shared.

💳 Payments & Transactions

Payment screenshots sent via WhatsApp are used only to verify and activate your plan. We do not store card or UPI credentials. All financial transactions are manual and admin-verified. Contact unlock payments are recorded for platform audit purposes only.

🍪 Cookies & Sessions

We use session cookies to keep you logged in during your visit. No tracking cookies or third-party advertising cookies are used. Sessions expire automatically after inactivity.

🛡 Data Security

We use HTTPS encryption, CSRF protection, rate limiting, and IP blocking to protect your data. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard bcrypt. Admin and staff access is logged and monitored.

🗑 Data Deletion

You can request deletion of your profile at any time by clicking "Found My Match" in your dashboard or by contacting us on WhatsApp. When deleted, your profile is removed from all search results immediately. Payment records are retained for legal compliance for 3 years.
